Man denies knowing gold was from stolen £4.8m toilet

A man has denied knowing gold he was trying to help someone sell came from a golden toilet stolen at Blenheim Palace.

Fred Doe admitted putting James Sheen, who has previously pleaded guilty to stealing the toilet, in touch with gold dealer Bora Guccuk but said he would “never in a million years” have dealt with him if he had known it was stolen.

Mr Jones, 39, from Oxford, Mr Doe, previously known as Frederick Sines, 36, from Windsor, and 41-year-old Mr Guccuk, from west London, have all pleaded not guilty to the charges they face.

The trial is still ongoing. Wow! And the “jurors heard the toilet was most likely broken up and has never been recovered.” How will they prosecute these thieves? Will they get prosecuted? Do they have enough evidence? So many questions! I’ll keep this updated. – V.

In less than five hours June 13, collectors and the public at large placed sufficient orders to exhaust the maximum authorized mintage of 100,000 Proof 2025-W American Eagle, 250th Anniversary United States Army privy-marked 1-ounce silver dollars,  launched for sale at $105 per coin.

For the waiting room, the Mint is looking for ways we can improve this customer experience. The waiting room looks at current traffic trends when calculating wait times.

Silver prices close to $35 mark

Silver prices surged to $33 per ounce on Friday, hitting their highest since late October at $33.41, fueled by factors driving gold to record highs.

London Bullion Market Association data revealed an 8.6% drop in silver inventories to 23,528 tons in January, the largest monthly decline since 2016.

Despite bullish trends, analysts caution against silver’s volatility, noting its price movements often exceed gold’s by 2-2.5 times.

US Copper’s updated PEA estimates NPV over $1 billion

Moonlight – Superior project in California

The study envisions a mine life of 14 years, producing 903,000 tonnes of copper, plus 12 million oz. of silver and 63,000 oz. of gold. A majority of the production will come from mining the sulfide mineralization at Moonlight-Superior.

US Copper CEO Stephen Dunn said the PEA, which a culmination of several years of planning, drilling, metallurgical testing and engineering studies, confirms “substantial economic opportunity” at current copper prices that can be realized through the development of a series of open pit mines on the property.
